'Ride the growth ladder and GROW UP!'

[Chungnam Ilbo, Reporter Kim Hyun-soo] On the 13th, Daejeon Technopark held a performance sharing and exchange event at the Onoma Hotel to share the achievements and best practices of companies participating in the Daejeon Regional Business Growth Ladder Support Project.
The event, attended by approximately 100 participants including participating companies and Daejeon City officials, included awards for outstanding achievements given to seven outstanding companies (Nexwave, Inzi Solution, Cellicon Lab, Mirtech R&D, JSK BIOMED, C-Mac, and Leos Pace). The event then included a presentation on this year's business performance and 2024 direction, a special lecture by Ahn Young-il, Director of the Tipstown Center, on the topic of "Technology Innovation Startup Ecosystem and the Future of National Wealth," and presentations of best practices from each project.
Daejeon Technopark invested a total of 4 billion won in this year's support project. To promote corporate growth and quality employment, approximately 150 companies participated in six specific projects: leading companies, star companies, niche companies, post-Bi companies, export support, and regional investment.
Furthermore, according to a survey of the contributions of supported companies, Daejeon Technopark achieved KRW 95.8 billion in commercialization sales,
131 new jobs, and KRW 33.5 billion in investment. Among these, Y-BioLogics was listed on the KOSDAQ on the 5th.
Director Kim Woo-yeon stated, "We will prioritize growth alongside local companies and take the lead in making Daejeon a first-class economic city that leads the future of Korea. We will continue to strengthen our support for the interconnected growth of SMEs next year, and we will do our utmost to ensure world-class innovative growth for local industries and companies."
